Having worked as a Finance and Administration Director for 19 years in a dynamic IT service business, she managed a team to ensure that all areas of the finance and administration function in the business were running as effectively as possible. Her knowledge and experience range from building robust credit control procedures to managing the business accounts through to year-end annual accounts preparation. Colette has also worked with R&D tax advisers and is always looking for areas of the business that may be eligible for R&D tax relief.
More recently Colette played a fundamental role in the process of managing the successful acquisition of the business in which she worked.
